The simplified survey / survey drawing contains only the orientation of the spaces, the geometry features, the main sizes (floor-spaces, room sizes, wall thicknesses), names of the rooms, the position of the walls, doors, windows and other structures. (Ground-plan scale: M=1:100, or M=1:50)

The detailed survey / survey drawing (in addition to the above listed things) contains the detailed sizes of the fenestrations (doors, windows) and other structures, positions of the building engineering and electric fittings and the definitions of the casings. (Ground-plan scale: M=1:50, + in case of need Sectional View and Wall View in scale of M=1:50, photos)

The price of the service depends on the elaboration claim, the size of the floor-space, its geometry complexity, the manner of the documentation, the circumstances influencing the field survey (for example the packedness of the spaces to be surveyed, its potential contamination, the deficiency of the lighting, etc...)
The average price of the simplified survey: 200-400 HUF/m²
The average price of the detailed survey: 400-600 HUF/m²
Payment happens in two details: 50% at the entering into a contract, 50% at the handing over of the survey drawing.

• Designing

The Hungarian “Lakberendezők Országos Szövetsége (LOSZ)” (National Alliance of Interior Decorators) drawn up a uniform royalty system for its members for the designer's services. On this basis, the price of the service depends on the floor-space of the spaces to be planned, from the elaboration of the work and from its complexity.

The overall planning is decomposable onto three well-separable periods:

I. Sketch plan period / Defining the functions in more variants (where? what?)
Price: 30 % of the complete planning price
II. Offer plan period / Working up the sight in the selected variant (what kind?)
Price: 30 % of the complete planning price
III. Workmanship plan period / detailed development of the definitive variant which is suitable for the implementation (which one? what size? how much? from what? how?)
Price: 40 % of the complete planning price

- For those ones whose want to form or make the unique interior decoration of their home, their holiday house, their office, their business and their hospitable places or their their real estate with any other kind of function
- For those who want to building
- For ones who are before transformation, extension, facing a renovation, if:

The price of the planning, the way of the payment:

- In case of an average planning claim: 3.000 – 6.000 HUF/m²
(with existing furniture or with that one which can be got in trade)

- In case of addition to an average planning claim: 5.000 – 12.000 HUF/m²
(functional space organization, transformation, flatlet, complex function, spaces with complicated geometry, attic, more generations, custom-built furniture planning, interior decoration transformations)

- In case of a high-level planning claim: 10.000 – … HUF/m²
(Representative spaces, for example castle, mansion, ancient monument environment, the considerable change of space proportions, the setup of a complicated technique, the use of special materials, the increased claim of detail framing)

The way of the payment, hire-purchase, in the undermentioned sharing:
    - 50 % of the complete planning price at the signing of the contract,
    - 30 % of the complete planning price at the handing over of the offer plans,
    - 20 % of the complete planning price at the handing over of the executing plans.

The process of assistance during purchase:

- Preliminary negotiation, agreement
- Tracing and presenting to the customer the suitable merchandise (material, fixtures, device, accessory, etc.)
- Inspection and report about the merchandise sought out by the customer independently,
- Assistance in the selection of the suitable merchandises, procurement places and price offers
- Transaction of the shopping in case of the customer’s request

The price of collaborating in the purchase, the way of the payment:

The price of the service is hourly wage basis in this manner the customer can control the intended overall amount during the procession.
The average price is: 5.000 HUF/hours.
The payment happens subsequently in times according to an individual agreement.

Defining the servicing price and the way of the payment happens based on an individual agreement. This is calculated generally according to the time spent on it, or in the sum proportion of the investment and it depends on the complexity of the implementation.

• Remote designing

It is important to observe that this service is not equivalent to the designing! In the possession of relatively little information it can be considered rather only giving an idea similarly to the furnishing proposals with drawings of the magazines. It can be ordered by an e-mail or in a postal letter.

- For those ones who would like to go step by step themselves through the planning, purchasing and implementation process but they are waiting for an initial idea which they may think further

The price of the service depends on the measure of the floor-space on the single level, from the number of the levels, from the quantity of the ordered drawings and from their type.
